Jeju Bank signs licensing deal with ArtPQ
‘Mongni the Haenyeo’ to be used for future bank services

Jeju Bank has signed a licensing deal to use the web-based company Art PQ’s ‘Mongni the Haenyeo’ character in its future bank services.

According to the deal, Jeju Bank will also both utilize the cartoon character in its training programs and make efforts to promote Jeju’s women sea divers in line with the province’s move to get haenyeo on the UNESCO cultural heritage list.

제주은행과 주식회사 아트피큐가 오늘(14일) 오전 제주은행 본점에서
'꼬마해녀 몽니' 캐릭터 사용에 대한 업무협약을 체결했습니다.
이번 업무협약을 통해 제주은행은 제주 해녀 캐릭터인 '꼬마해녀 몽니'를
활용한 금융상품을 출시하기로 했습니다.

또 꼬마해녀 몽니를 통한 금융교육 등
해녀의 유네스코 인류문화유산 등재 추진을 위한
다양한 활동을 전개하기로 했습니다.
