감시 체계를 강화하고, 제도개선 특별팀을 별도 구성해
제도적인 뒷받침을 마련하는 등 미비점을 보완합니다.

특히 관련부서와 공조체제를 통해 투기 유형별 자료를 전수 조사하는 한편, 기획부동산 등 투기세력에 의한 불안정한 부동산 시장 조성도 차단할 계획입니다.
