Jeju Shipping and Port Integrated Data Center in the works
Researchers say facility ‘feasible’

The plan to build a Jeju Shipping and Port Integrated Data Center is in the works.

After a five-month feasibility study that began in April, the province has concluded that it would indeed be feasible to establish the facility in Jeju, due to its expected public and business benefits.

Officials will begin public briefings on the plan Thursday, and then submit the final version of it to the provincial council for review. Once that is complete, the next step will be deliberations with the Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs.

행장자치부와 2차 협의를 진행할 계획입니다.
