Direct Jeju-Bangkok flight service resumes
Eastar Jet offering 7 flights weekly

Eastar Jet resumed direct flight service November 30th between Jeju and Bangkok, Thailand.

The provincial government says the airline is offering seven roundtrip flights weekly. This comes after it suspended service on the route last December.

About 160 Thais arrived Friday for vacations on the island.

Local officials expect even more Thai travelers now that it’s so easy to get here.

제주-태국 직항노선 운항 1년만에 재개

제주와 태국 방콕을 연결하는 직항노선 운항이 1년만에 재개됩니다.

제주도에 따르면 지난해 12월부터 운휴에 들어갔던 이스타항공이 오늘(30일)부터
제주-방콕 직항노선에 주 7회 운항합니다.

이에따라 내일(1일) 방콕발 항공편을 통해 태국 관광객 160여 명이 제주에 도착할 예정입니다.

제주도는 직항노선 운항 재개로 인한 접근성 개선으로 태국관광객들의 제주방문이 증가할 것으로 기대하고 있습니다.
