2. Filing deadline for new addresses: May 21
Anyone who notifies later will have to vote in previous jurisdiction

The Jeju Election Commission says anyone who has recently moved must notify their local community service center of their new address by May 21st if they want to vote in the June 13th elections in their new neighborhood.

The commission said it will begin finalizing electoral rolls May 22nd, which is a national holiday.

Anyone who notifies the government of their address change after the 21st will have to vote in their previous jurisdiction.

제주도선거관리위원회는 6.13 지방선거를 앞두고 전출입 등으로 새로운 주소지에서 투표를 하려면 오는 21일까지 전입신고를 해야 한다고 밝혔습니다.

선거인명부 작성기준일인 5월 22일 현재 관할 구역에 주민등록이 돼 있어야 하는데, 22일이 공휴일인 만큼 전입처리는 하루전인 21일까지 마무리해야 한다고 덧붙였습니다.

만약 오는 23일 이후 전입신고를 한 경우 과거 주소지에서 투표를 해야 합니다.
