4. Crackdown on illegal parking at airport
Police focusing on drivers who park around bus stops

The Jeju Municipal Police is cracking down on illegal parking around bus stops at Jeju International Airport.

The department will be using surveillance cameras and on-site officers to keep the cars out of the bus stops. If drivers fail to heed warnings to move their vehicles, the police will fine them on the spot.

Officers will also be fanning out to bus parking lots to check the blood alcohol levels of drivers of school field trip buses.

제주특별자치도자치경찰단이 제주공항 내 버스정류장 일대에 대한 불법 주정차 단속을 강화합니다.

이를 위해 단속카메라를 통한 단속은 물론 경찰인력을 상주배치하고 이동지시를 무시할 경우 곧바로 범칙금을 부과합니다.

자치경찰은 이와 함께 제주공항 대형버스 주차장 일대에서 수학여행단 수송버스 운전기사를 대상으로 음주운전여부를 집중 단속합니다.
