Down 0.03% in week ending May 21

Local apartment prices have fallen slightly.

According to the Korea Appraisal Board, prices were down 0.03 percent in the week ending May 21st.

Prices for long-term “jeonse” leases fell 0.05 percent over the same period.

Nationally, apartment prices dropped 0.05 percent while prices for jeonse leases dropped slightly more, at 0.11 percent.

제주 아파트 매매·전세 가격 하락

보합세를 보이던 제주지역 아파트 가격이 하락했습니다.

한국감정원에 따르면 지난 21일 기준 제주지역 아파트 매매 가격은 전주보다 0.03% 떨어졌습니다.

아파트 전세 가격도 0.05% 떨어지며 하락세로 돌아섰습니다.

한편, 전국 아파트 매매가격은 0.05%, 전세가격은 0.11% 떨어지는 등 하락폭이 소폭 확대됐습니다.
