4. Jeju Olle signs agreement with Turkey’s Lycian Way
‘Paths of friendship’ designated in each country

The Jeju Olle walking trails will be promoted in Turkey.


Representatives of the Jeju Olle Foundation signed an agreement with their counterparts from the organization that runs the Lycian Way trail system in Turkey. Jeju Olle Trail 11 has been designated as a path of friendship with a corresponding trail in Turkey.

The two organizations will install signs at the trailheads that introduce the courses to walkers. They will also use their websites and guidebooks to inform people of the path of friendship in the other country.

제주를 대표하는 도보여행길인 제주올레가 터키에서도 홍보됩니다.

사단법인 제주올레는 터키의 도보여행길인 '리키아 욜루'와 우정의 길 협약을 맺고
제주 올레 11코스를 우정의 길로 지정했습니다.

이에 따라 양측은 각 코스 시작점에 상대 도보여행길의 상징물과 소개글이 담긴 표지판을 설치하고 홈페이지와 가이드북 등을 통해 해당 지역 여행객에게 각 단체의 길을 홍보하게 됩니다.
