4. Province designates ‘New Stay District’ in Gwideok-ri
Nearly 700 residential units planned

The province has designated 106,000 square meters of land in Gwideok-ri, Hallim-eup as a residential zone known as a “New Stay District.”

Development firms can now begin planning the district and seeking approval for construction.

Officials say the goal is to have some 660 residential units complete by the year 2020. More than half of them will be long-term rentals with leases of up to eight years, and the remainder will be put up for sale.

한림 귀덕, 뉴스테이 지구 지정

제주도는 제주시 한림읍 귀덕리 일대 10만 6천여 제곱미터를 기업형 임대주택,
즉 '뉴스테이'사업 지구로 지정 고시했습니다.

이에따라 해당 기업은 앞으로 촉진지구 계획 수립과 주택 건설사업 계획 승인 같은
관련 절차를 이행할 수 있게 됐습니다.

귀덕리 기업형 임대주택은 2020년 준공을 목표로 660여 세대가 조성되며 이 가운데 절반 이상은 8년까지 임대, 나머지는 일반 분양됩니다.
