4. Jeju City inspecting public properties
Misuse will result in fines

Jeju City is surveying public property through this September.

Officials will be checking 6,400 plots of land and about 1,000 buildings to see if they are being used as they should be.

They will ensure that the building register and a certified copy of the real estate register match the current status of the properties.

If a property is being used in an illegal way, the city will fine the violators and order them to return it to its original state.



제주시, 9월까지 공유재산 실태조사

제주시가 오는 9월까지 토지 6천 4천여 필지, 6천 100만여 제곱미터와 건물 1천여 동의 공유재산을 실태 조사합니다.

공유재산 건축물대장과 등기부등본을 확인해 이용 현황과 함께 각종 자료와의 일치 여부를 점검하게 됩니다.

공유재산을 무단 점유한 것으로 적발되면 원상복구 명령과 변상금을 부과하는 등
행정조치할 방침입니다.
