2. April 3rd Peace Foundation to award scholarships
Educational support for 23 children of victims and their relatives

The April 3rd Peace Foundation will award scholarships to the children of April 3rd Incident victims and their relatives.

The foundation is accepting applications from domestic high school and university students.

It will select 23 students and hand out a total of 17 million won??500,000 won for high school students and one million for university students.

The foundation is accepting scholarship applications in person or by mail through June 19th.

4·3 희생자·유족 자녀 장학금 지원

4.3 평화재단이 희생자와 유족 자녀에게 장학금을 지원합니다.

국내 대학과 고등학교 재학생 가운데 4.3 희생자나 유족 자녀이면 신청할 수 있습니다.

대학생은 1인당 100만 원, 고등학생 1인당 50만 원씩 모두 23명에게 1천 7백만 원을 지원할 계획입니다.

장학금 신청은 19일까지 4.3평화재단으로 방문 또는 우편 접수하면 됩니다.
