4. Seasonal beach restaurants to open June 23
Owners must register with province prior to opening

Seasonal restaurants at area beaches will open in two weeks.

Provincial representatives say the restaurants will be open from June 23rd to September 2nd at designated beaches and through September 30th at unofficial beaches.

The eateries must register with the province before opening. Violators face criminal charges.

Last year, the island’s 19 beaches had 43 seasonal restaurants.


해수욕장 계절음식점 운영…사전 신고해야

해수욕장 계절음식점이 이달 말부터 운영됩니다.

제주특별자치도는 지정 해수욕장은 오는 23일부터 9월 2일까지 비지정은 9월 30일까지 계절음식점을 운영한다고 밝혔습니다.

계절음식점은 사전 영업 신고 절차가 필요하며 무신고 업소는 형사고발될 수 있습니다.

지난해의 경우 제주도내 19군데 해수욕장에서 계절음식점 43개소가 운영됐습니다.
