2. Police seize evidence in bribery probe
Democratic gubernatorial candidate Moon Dae-rim under investigation

In related news, police are investigating allegations of bribery against Democratic Party gubernatorial candidate Moon Dae-rim.

The eventual winner of the election, independent Won Hee-ryong, made the accusation June 4th. He alleges that a local golf club gave Moon honorary membership and that that amounts to bribery.

Officers from the Jeju Dongbu Police Station raided (타미우스) Tameus Golf Club Tuesday morning and hauled away a list of current members and security camera footage.

Investigators will now try to determine if the honorary membership amounts to bribery.


문대림 후보 골프회원권 의혹 압수수색

더불어민주당 문대림 제주도지사 후보의 골프장 명예회원권 의혹과 관련해 경찰이 관련 골프장을 압수수색했습니다.

제주동부경찰서는 12일 오전 타미우스 골프장을 압수수색해 올해 회원들의 예약 현황과 CCTV 등을 확보해갔습니다.

경찰은 확보한 자료 등을 통해 문 후보가 골프장 회원권을 받은 것이 뇌물수수 여부에 해당하는 지를 검토하고 있습니다.

한편, 원희룡 후보 측은 지난 4일 문 후보를 뇌물수수 혐의로 검찰에 고발했습니다.
