Apartment prices are falling in Jeju.

The Korea Appraisal Board says prices fell 0.03 percent over the week ending June 11th.

The prices for long-term “jeonsae” leases retreated 0.08 percent over the same period.

Analysts say apartment prices are down for two main reasons: an increase in supply and an increase in interest rates.
