5. 200 subsidized housing units nearly complete in Seogwipo
Prospective tenants can apply in July, move in January

The Korea Land & Housing Corporation is looking for tenants for 200 subsidized residential units in the Innovation City in Seogwipo.

The corporation is accepting applications from university students, young adults, newly married couples, and other prioritized groups from July 12th to the 18th.

The corporation will release the list of new tenants in October, and they can move in in January.

이에 따라 다음달 12일부터 18일까지 대학생과 청년, 신혼부부 등을 중심으로
행복주택 입주자를 모집합니다.

당첨자는 오는 10월에 발표되며 입주는 내년 1월에 이뤄집니다.
