4. Jeju conducts first satisfaction survey on island’s beaches
From July 15 through August 31

The provincial government is conducting a satisfaction survey on the island’s beaches - the first survey of its kind - to improve the conditions of Jeju’s summer hotspots.

Over the next month or so, local officials will survey 1,000 beachgoers at (협재)Hyeobjae, (이호)Iho and (함덕)Hamdeok beaches.

The surveys will be conducted in the form of one-on-one interviews with 15 questions regarding beach facilities, conditions, service and hospitality.

4. 해수욕장 이용객 대상 만족도 조사 실시

제주특별자치도가 처음으로
해수욕장 이용객을 대상으로 만족도 조사를 실시합니다.

이번 조사는 다음달까지 협재와 이호, 함덕해수욕장 등 3개소에서
이용객 1천명을 대상으로 이뤄집니다.

이용시설과 환경, 서비스 친절도 등
15문항으로
1대1 면접 방식으로 진행됩니다.
