5. Parking tickets can be paid by phone
Jeju City streamlines fine payment to just 1 call

Drivers can now pay their parking tickets over the telephone.

Jeju City has begun using an automated response system to collect ticket payments. Previously, drivers had to pay their fines in person by visiting a bank or online through the “wetax” website.

They now can just make one call and pay their fine with a credit card or have it added to their monthly telephone payment.

Drivers can also pay by setting up and using what’s known as a virtual account.

주·정차위반 과태료 ARS로도 납부

이달부터 주.정차위반 과태료를 ARS로도 납부할 수 있게 됩니다.

제주시는 기존에 은행을 방문하거나 위택스 홈페이지 등으로 납부하던 주정차위반 과태료에 대해 이달부터 ARS 간편납부 서비스를 운영합니다.

이에따라 전화 한 통화로 과태료를 조회해 신용카드나 휴대폰 소액 결제할 수 있게 됩니다.

또한 가상계좌를 안내 받아 계좌로도 납부가 가능해 집니다.
