1. Mayoral nominee confirmation hearings scheduled
7-member council committee will hold hearings August 17, 20

Mayoral nominees for Jeju City and Seogwipo will soon sit for confirmation hearings at the provincial council.

Local lawmakers have formed a special committee for the hearings. Seven people sit on the committee, which is chaired by provincial council representative Kim Hee-hyeon.

The nominee for Jeju City mayor, Go Hee-beom, will have his hearing August 17th. Seogwipo mayoral nominee Yang Yoon-kyeong will sit for one on the 20th. The provincial council committee will adopt the progress reports for each of the inquiries at one time.

고희범 제주시장 내정자와 양윤경 서귀포시장 내정자에 대한 인사청문회가 오는 17일과 20일에 열립니다.

제주도의회는 김희현 의원을 위원장으로 모두 7명의 행정시장 예정자 인사청문특별위원회를 구성했습니다.

인사청문회 일정은 고희범 제주시장 내정자의 경우 오는 17일, 양윤경 서귀포시장 내정자는 20일이며 인사청문특위는 경과보고서를 한꺼번에 채택할 예정입니다.
