4. More land auctions in July
77 plots auctioned off last month

The land auction market in Jeju showed some signs of life last month.

According to GG Auction, which analyzes the market, 77 plots of land were auctioned off in July??18 more than in June.

The process was also more competitive. There were an average of 3.5 bidders per auction, which is one more than the previous month.

There was still one sign of weakness in the market, though??the ratio of the estimated value of the land to the winning bid price, called the auction price ratio, was 94 percent last month. That’s 11 percentage points lower than in June.

지난달 제주지역 토지 경매가 증가했습니다.

경매분석센터 지지옥션에 따르면 지난달 제주도 토지 경매 진행건수는 77건으로 전달보다 18건 증가했습니다.

응찰자수는 3.5명으로 전달 대비 1명 증가해 경쟁률도 올라갔습니다.

반면 감정가 대비 낙찰가를 뜻하는 낙찰가율은 94%로 전달보다 11%p 낮아졌습니다.
