제주지방해양경찰청은 태풍 솔릭의 북상으로 항포구와 해안가 순찰을 강화하고 원거리 조업선의 안전한 피항을 위해 대형 경비함정을 배치해 안전관리에 주력합니다.

또한 연안 안전사고 위험예보는 '관심' 단계에서 '주의보' 단계로 격상해 위험 구역을 중심으로 순찰 활동을 강화합니다.
