2. Inspection of recently-acquired farmland
Authorities reviewing 51,000 plots

The provincial government will conduct a thorough inspection of all farmland acquired over the past three years.

Authorities will inspect all plots certified for agricultural use that were acquired between July 2015 and this June.

They will look for land being used contrary to its official use, plots being privately leased out, and other violations. Authorities will then discuss the cases at hearings, after which they may issue orders that violators dispose of their land.

Over the past three years, authorities issued farmland acquisition certificates for 51,000 plots, amounting to 74-hundred hectares.

최근 3년간 취득 농지 전수조사 실시

제주특별자치도가 최근 3년간 취득한 농지에 대해 현장 전수조사에 나섭니다.

조사대상은 지난 2015년 7월부터 지난 6월까지 농지취득자격증명을 발급받아 취득한 모든 농지입니다.

조사결과 취득목적대로 이용하지 않거나 개인간 임대차 등 불법사항이 적발될 경우
청문절차를 거쳐 농지처분명령이 내려집니다.

지난 3년간 농지취득자격증명 발급현황은 5만 1천여필지에 7천 400헥타아르에 이르고 있습니다.
