4. Automated issuers for official documents
Government certificates available through 30 machines in Jeju City

Jeju City is operating automatic certificate issuers during the Chuseok holidays.

30 machines have been set up in 24 locations, including Jeju International Airport, Jeju Ferry Passenger Terminal, civil service offices, and community service centers.

Although government offices are closed for the holidays, residents can pick up 86 types of official documents through the machines, including copies of resident registration and family registers.

During the last Lunar New Year holidays, the machines issued about 1,000 documents, with 64 percent of them being issued at the airport.


추석 연휴 무인민원발급기 운영

제주시가 추석 연휴 기간에도 무인민원발급기를 계속 운영합니다.

민원발급기는 제주공항과 제주항, 시청 민원실, 읍면동주민센터 등 24곳에 30대가 설치돼 있습니다.

관공서가 문을 닫는 연휴 기간에도 주민등록 등.초본이나 가족관계등록부 등 86가지 증명서를 발급할 수 있습니다.

지난 설 연휴기간 제주시내 무인발급기 이용 건수는 1천여 건으로 이 가운데 64%가 제주공항에서 발급됐습니다.
