2. First survey of Jeju casino visitors
Poll in 4 languages through end of November

The provincial government is conducting its first survey of casino visitors.

The two-month survey through the end of November is being conducted in Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean.

Casino visitors are being asked about the convenience and cleanliness of indoor facilities, the expertise and kindness of dealers, the fairness of games, and the transparency of casino operations as well as how well connected the casinos are to shopping, sightseeing, and cultural activities.

Officials will base casino industry policies on the results of the survey.
