4. Naval base to be open to public for upcoming naval review
Visitors can see Korean, foreign warships October 12-14

The International Fleet Review 2018 hosted by South Korea will be held in Jeju. During the Review the Jeju naval base will be opened to the public for three days beginning October 12th.

Visitors will have an opportunity to see Korean and foreign cruisers including Aegis destroyers, and also enjoy performances by navy bands at home and abroad and the ceremonial guard of honor.

The special defense industry exhibition during the Review will introduce military technologies and the exhibition booths will provide hands-on experience.

Simple identification procedures are only needed to join the event without pre registration.


국제관함식 맞아 12~14일 해군기지 개방

해군 국제관함식을 맞아 오는 12일부터 사흘 동안 제주해군기지가 민간에 개방됩니다.

이번 개방 행사에서는 해군 이지스함을 비롯해 외국 함정들을 견학할 수 있고 국내.외 해군의 군악대 연주, 의장대 시범 등이 진행됩니다.

함정 기술을 소개하고 장비를 전시하는 특별방산기획전과 함께 다양한 체험 부스가 운영됩니다.

개방 행사는 누구나 사전 신청 없이도 간단한 신원확인을 거치면 참여할 수 있습니다.
