3. New subsidized housing
Tenants sought for dozens of units in Hamdeok and Samdo 1-dong

The provincial government and the Jeju Province Development Company are looking for tenants for subsidized housing in (함덕) Hamdeok and Samdo 1-dong.

48 units are available in Hamdeok. Authorities have set aside 30 for young adults, 8 for newly married couples, 5 for senior citizens, and 5 for housing benefit recipients.

In Samdo 1-dong, officials have 9 for college students, 6 for young adults, 5 for newly-married couples, 3 for senior citizens, and 3 for housing benefit recipients.

These are so called “Happy Houses.” That means tenants pay only 60 to 80 percent of the deposit and rent of similar units nearby. College students, young adults, and new couples can live there for up to 6 years, while the elderly and people getting housing support can live there for up to 20.

Applications will be accepted from October 27th through the 30th.

함덕 - 삼도1동 행복주택 입주자 모집

제주특별자치도와 개발공사가 함덕과 삼도일동 행복주택 입주자를 모집합니다.

모집 세대수는 함덕행복주택의 경우 청년 30세대와 신혼부부 8세대, 고령자 5세대, 주거급여수급자 5세대 등 48세대이며,

삼도1동은 대학생 9세대와 청년 6세대, 신혼부부 5세대, 고령자 3세대, 주거급여수급자 3세대 등입니다.

행복주택은 주변시세의 60에서 80% 수준에서 보증금과 임대료가 책정되고 대학생과 청년, 신혼부부는 6년, 고령자와 주거급여수급자는 최장 20년까지 거주할 수 있습니다.

현장 접수는 오는 27일부터 30일까집니다.
