4. New ferry sailing between Jeju and Wando
‘Silver Cloud’ has capacity of 1,280 passengers, 150 vehicles

A ferry capable of carrying vehicles is again sailing the route between Jeju and Wando.

Hanil Express’s “Silver Cloud” is the first cruise-type ferry built from domestic technology that can accommodate both passengers and vehicles. It has a capacity of roughly 1,280 passengers and 150 vehicles.

The Silver Cloud replaces the Hanil Car Ferry 1. It features a wide variety of safety equipment and emergency evacuation facilities. It can also make the one-way trip between Jeju and Wando faster than other ferries, in just two and a half hours.

제주와 완도 항로에 카페리 여객선이 재취항 했습니다,

한일고속의 실버클라우드호는 국내 기술로 건조한 첫 크루즈형 카페리로 승객 1천 280여 명, 자동차 150여 대를 실을 수 있는 규모입니다.

한일카페리 1호의 대체선박으로 투입된 실버클라우드호는 다양한 안전설비와 비상탈출 설비가 탑재돼 있고 제주 완도를 2시간 30분만에 오갈 수 있어
기존 선박보다 운항시간이 단축될 예정입니다.
