Agricultural, seafood products 9.7% more expensive compared to Oct. 2017

Consumer prices are rising in Jeju.

The Jeju branch of the Honam Regional Statistics Office says the consumer price index was up 1.4 percent year-on-year last month.

Prices for agricultural and seafood products rose 9.7 percent and industrial goods were up 2.2 percent compared to October 2017.

Prices for gasoline, rice, tomatoes, potatoes, and carrots also rose considerably over the previous month.

지난달 제주 소비자 물가 1.4% 상승

제주지역 소비자 물가가 상승했습니다.

호남지방통계청 제주사무소에 따르면 지난달 제주지역 소비자물가지수는 지난해 같은 기간보다 1.4% 올랐습니다.

농축수산물이 1년전보다 9.7% 올랐고 공업제품이 2.2% 상승한 것으로 나타났습니다.

생활물가 상승 주요 품목을 보면 휘발유와 쌀, 토마토, 감자와 당근 등이 전달보다 크게 올랐습니다.
