2. Land Transaction Permission Zone designation extended
Government must approve sales around site for 2nd airport

Authorities have extended for another three years the designation of a Land Transaction Permission Zone in Seongsan-eup, Seogwipo.

The designation covers 107 square kilometers of land, which includes the area in and around the planned location for Jeju’s second airport.


That zone contains 53,000 separate plots, for which the designation has been extended from this Wednesday to November 14th, 2021.

Prior government permission is required to transfer land ownership and surface rights and to make a land contract within Land Transaction Permission Zones.


성산읍 전역 '토지거래허가' 3년 연장

제2공항 건설 예정 부지인 서귀포시 성산읍 전역이 오는 2021년까지 추가로 3년 동안 토지거래계약 허가구역으로 지정됐습니다.

제주도는 제2공항 개발사업 예정지와 주변지역 107 제곱킬로미터를 토지거래계약에 관한 허가구역으로 지정 공고했습니다.

해당 구역은 5만 3천여 필지로 지정 기간은 오는 14일부터 2021년 11월 14일까지 3년입니다.

이 기간에 토지 소유권이나 지상권을 이전하거나 계약을 체결하려면 행정 허가를 받아야 하며 허가를 받지 않을 경우 계약 효력이 발생하지 않습니다.
