5. 2019 land appraisals begin
Results will be announced February 12

Land appraisals have begun for 2019.

The city of Seogwipo is accepting opinions from landowners on the value of their properties for a 20-day period beginning December 27th.

Owners can object to the official appraised values, and exercise their property rights by suggesting what they think would be appropriate values.

Local authorities will take the suggestions into consideration and then announce the final official land values on February 12th.

The city plans to send notices with this information to local landowners.

2019년도 표준지공시지가 조사가 시작됐습니다.

서귀포시는 오는 27일부터 20일간 표준지 소유자를 대상으로 의견을 청취합니다.

예정 공시지가에 이의가 있을 경우 적정한 가격을 제시해 개인 재산권을 행사할 수 있습니다.

이번 조사 결과는 내년 2월 12일 결정·고시됩니다.
