Committee considering proposals for theme park, Health Care Town

Officials say they want more information before deciding whether to extend the official development periods for Jeju Myths and History Theme park and the Jeju Health Care Town.

In its latest deliberations regarding the extension for Jeju Myths and History Theme park , the Jeju Development Project Review Committee decided to review the proposal again after it receives detailed investment plans for Zones A, R, and H as well as a review of project profitability.

The group also decided to discuss the extension for Jeju Health Care Town after studying the profitability of the developer, the Greenland Group, as well as future private investment plans.

제주도 개발사업심의위원회는 최근 신화역사공원 개발사업 기간 연장안을 심의해 재검토로 의결했습니다.

위원회는 민간투자부문인 A지구와 R 지구, H 지구 투자계획에 대한 상세내용을 제출하고 수익성 검토를 주문했습니다.

아울러 제주헬스케어타운 개발사업 사업기간 연장 여부도 녹지그룹의 수익성 분석 내용과 향후 민간 투자계획을 검토해 다음 심의때 논의하기로 했습니다.
