1. Local apartment prices fall
Down 0.11% in third week of December

Apartment prices are falling in Jeju.

The Korea Appraisal Board says prices fell 0.14 percent in the third week of the month, compared to the previous week.

The prices for long-term “jeonsae” leases dropped 0.11 percent over the same period.

The nationwide drop in apratment prices grew to 0.07 percent over the same week.

제주 아파트 매매 가격 하락세

제주지역 아파트 매매 가격이 하락세를 이어가고 있습니다.

한국감정원에 따르면 이달 셋째주 제주지역 아파트 가격은 전주보다 0.14% 떨어졌습니다.

아파트 전세 가격 역시 전주보다 0.11% 하락했습니다.

전국 주간 아파트 매매가격은 지난주 대비 하락폭이 확대돼 0.07% 감소한 것으로 나타났습니다.
