1. JPDC plans public rental housing project
16 units in Uigwi-ri, Namwon-eup

The Jeju Province Development Corporation is planning more public rental housing units, starting with (의귀리) Uigwi-ri, (남원읍) Namwon-eup.

The (의귀리) Uigwi-ri village council will let the JPDC use some of its land for free for 40 years. The JPDC plans to build 16 roughly 59-square-meter units at the location.

The corporation plans to build more public rental housing based on this type of cooperative model with local communities.

개발공사, 국민임대주택사업 첫 추진

제주개발공사가 국민임대주택사업을 시행하기로 하고 첫 대상지로 남원읍 의귀리에서 추진합니다.

이에 따라 의귀리 마을회로부터 리유지를 40년간 무상으로 제공받고 세대당 전용면적 59제곱미터 내외의 16세대를 공급하게 됩니다.

제주개발공사는 앞으로 마을과의 협력모델을 기반으로 한 국민임대주택사업을 지속적으로 추진할 계획입니다.
