5. More funding for ‘Munhwanuri Cards’
Low-income residents can use cards for movies, books, performances

The local government is expanding support this year for Munhwanuri Card holders from 70,000 won to 80,000 won annually.

The province has set aside 1.8 billion won to fund the program, which benefits about 22,000 area residents.

The cards are given to national basic livelihood grant beneficiaries and low-income households. They can use the money on the cards to watch movies, buy books, and enjoy different types of performances.


제주도, 문화누리카드 지원 확대

올해부터 문화누리카드 지원금액이 7만 원에서 8만 원으로 확대됩니다.

제주도는 이를 위해 예산 18억 원을 확보했으며 도민 2만 2천여 명이 혜택을 볼 것으로 예상됩니다.

기초생활수급자나 차상위계층에게 지원되는 문화누리카드는 영화관과 서점, 공연 가맹점에서 연 8만 원 한도로 이용할 수 있습니다.
