Jeju City greenlights formation of redevelopment association

The reconstruction of Ido Jugong Apartment Complex 1 is one step closer to reality.

Jeju City has permitted the establishment of a redevelopment association for the complex.

This comes after a committee was formed in 2012 with the goal of forming that association.

The reconstruction will proceed with the selection of a maintenance company and a contractor.

The plan is to build 11 14-floor apartment buildings at the site.

제주시는 최근 이도주공 1단지 아파트 주택재건축 정비사업조합 설립을 인가했습니다.

지난 2012년 이도주공 1단지 주택재건축 조합 설립추진위가 결성된지 6년 만입니다.

앞으로 이도주공 1단지 재건축은 정비업체 선정과 시공사 선정 등의 절차를 걸쳐 진행됩니다.

이도 주공 1단지 재건축은 14층 아파트 11개동의 건설을 계획하고 있습니다.
