4. National safety inspections begin in February
Officials will survey 3,200 locations

The provincial government will conduct national safety inspections from February 11th through April 19th.

Officials will inspect about 32-hundred locations that are deemed at-risk for accidents, including large construction sites, schools, and facilities that deal with toxic chemicals.

During the spring thaw from mid-February through the end of March, authorities will focus their probes on steep hills, retaining walls, and stone walls.

다음달부터 국가안전대진단 실시

제주도가 다음달 11일부터 4월 19일까지 국가안전대진단을 실시합니다.

안전관리가 취약한 대형공사장과 학교시설, 유해화학물질 취급사업장 등 3천 2백여 곳이 점검 대상입니다.

특히 해빙기인 2월 중순에서 3월 까지 급경사지와 옹벽, 석축에 대한 안전진단도 병행합니다.
