4. All classrooms to have air purifiers by year’s end
Education office to equip 1,400 MS, HS classrooms this year

By the end of this year, all of the island’s kindergarten and school classrooms will be equipped with air purifiers.

The provincial education office is advancing its schedule--the project had been planned to be complete by the end of next year.

2,462 air purifiers were distributed to kindergartens, elementary schools, and special education schools last year.
This year, another roughly 14-hundred will be installed in all middle and high school classrooms.

도내 모든 학교에 공기청정기 보급

올 연말까지 도내 모든 유치원과 학교 교실에 공기청정기가 보급됩니다.

제주도교육청은 공기청정기 보급 사업을 당초 내년에서 올해 말까지 앞당기기로 했습니다.

이에 따라 지난해까지 유치원과 초등학교, 특수학교 등에 공기청정기 2천462대를 보급한데 이어 올해 중학교와 고등학교 모든 교실에 1천400여 대의 공기청정기 보급할 예정입니다.
