5. Jeju City opens ‘drive-thru’ for government documents
Residents can obtain 21 documents without leaving their car

You can get burgers and coffee at drive-thrus, and now you can also get official government documents without getting out of your car.

Jeju City has opened a drive-thru facility along the west wall of the public service center in Provincial Annex number 5.

Residents can get 21 government documents at the drive-thru, including original and copies of resident registrations as well as family relation certificates.

제주시가 다음달부터 차에서 내리지 않고 각종 증명서를 발급할 수 있는 '드라이브 스루' 민원창구를 운영합니다.

드라이브 스루는 패스트푸드점이나 커피전문점처럼 차량에 탄 채 서비스받을 수 있는 시설로

제주시청 5별관인 종합민원실 서쪽 벽면에 설치됩니다.

드라이브 스루 민원창구에서는 주민등록 등.초본과 가족관계 증명서 등 21종의 민원서류를 발급할 수 있습니다.
