1. Apartment prices in Jeju fell last year
Overall housing prices grew by just 1%

Local housing prices inched up ever so slightly last year, but apartment prices actually moved into negative territory.

According to the Korea Appraisal Board, housing prices in Jeju grew by one percent last year. That’s lower than the national average of 1.1 percent.

The growth rate for apartment prices came in at minus 2.9 percent.

On the other hand, local land prices continue to climb. The growth rate last year was 4.74 percent, outstripping the national average of 4.23 percent.


주택가격 상승 둔화…아파트 하락

지난해 제주지역 주택가격 증가폭이 둔화된 가운데 아파트 매매가격은 하락세로 반전했습니다.

한국감정원에 따르면 지난해 제주지역 주택매매가격 변동률은 1%로 전국 평균 1.1%보다 낮았습니다.

특히 아파트 매매가격 변동률은 -2.9%로 하락세로 반전됐습니다.

반면 제주지역 지가변동률은 4.74%로, 전국 평균 4.23%을 상회하며 상승추세를 이어갔습니다.
