4. Province to run integrated response office over holidays
Officials finalize plans to deal with emergencies

The provincial government has finalized plans to deal with emergencies and other problems over the Lunar New Year holidays.

It will begin operations of an integrated response office February 2nd. The office will handle issues related to daily life, such as those involving transportation, water, and sewage, as well as disaster response.

The government is also preparing for around-the-clock medical services over the holidays by designating certain emergency medical centers to stay open.

The province is also checking emergency preparedness at 14 locations, including the bus terminal, cinemas, shopping centers, and multi-use facilities. Those inspections will be complete by the end of this month.

제주특별자치도가 설 연휴 종합대책을 마련합니다.

아울러 응급의료기관을 지정해 24시간 진료체계를 운영합니다.

제주도는 이달말까지 터미널과 영화관, 상가 등 다중이용시설 14개소에 대한 안전점검도 실시합니다.
