2. Province to run integrated response office over holidays
1,200 people will be placed on emergency duty February 2-6

The provincial government has finalized plans to deal with emergencies and other problems over the Lunar New Year holidays.

It will operate an integrated response office from February 2nd to the 6th. Some 12-hundred people will be placed on emergency duty and work on one of seven teams. Each team will have a specific responsibility, such as tourism, emergency medical treatment, environmental issues, and the water supply.

Emergency responders will be on call to handle all types of crises, and seven local health centers will be available around the clock over the holidays for emergency medical treatment.

설 연휴 종합상황실 운영

제주특별자치도가 다음달 2일부터 6일까지 도민불편신고센터를 겸한 설 연휴 종합상황실을 운영합니다.

종합상황실에는 관광과 비상진료, 생활환경, 급수 등 7개 반에 1천 200여명이 비상근무하게 됩니다.

특히 각종 재난과 사건사고에 대비해 119 구조와 구급대에 대한 긴급 대응체제 유지는 물론 7개 보건소를 중심으로 24시간 비상진료체계를 구축합니다.
