Province waiting for hospital’s response to decision

The province has sided with a claimant who filed a formal objection to Greenland International Hospital’s decision not to release the original copy of the hospital’s business plan.

The provincial information disclosure committee will release the full plan, with the exception of part of the appendix, which includes some information about the corporation behind the facility.

The province is notifying hospital representatives of the details of the decision.

If the hospital disagrees with the decision, it is allowed to file an administrative appeal or a lawsuit in response. If it does not object, it must release the documentation.

"녹지국제병원 사업계획서 공개해야"

제주특별자치도 정보공개심의위원회는 최근 녹지국제병원 사업계획서 원본 비공개 결정에 따른 청구인의 이의신청 건에 대해 법인정보가 포함되는 별첨자료를 제외한 나머지 부분의 공개를 결정했습니다.

이에 따라 제주도는 이같은 심의위의 결정사항을 수용해 녹지국제병원측에 통지하게 됩니다.

녹지국제병원측은 이번 결정에 불복해 행정심판 또는 행정소송을 제기할 수 있으며 만약 아무런 이의가 없다면 제주도는 심의위의 결정대로 청구인에게 자료 일부를 공개하게 됩니다.
