‘Jeonse’ lease prices continue to fall

Local apartment prices looked like they were on a downward trajectory two weeks ago, but they have again begun climbing, albeit slightly.

The Korea Appraisal Board says prices were up 0.03 percent last week compared to the week before.

That comes after prices fell 0.05 percent in the third week of the month, and it was the highest increase in the country.

The fall in long-term “jeonse” lease prices fell more steeply over the same week, however: they were down 0.09 percent.

2주 전 내림세를 보이던 제주지역 아파트 매매 가격이 다시 상승했습니다.

한국감정원에 따르면 지난주 제주지역 아파트 매매 가격은 전주보다 0.03% 올랐습니다.

2월 셋째주 0.05% 하락한 이후 다시 상승세로 전환한 것으로 전국에서 상승폭이 가장 높았습니다.

반면, 아파트 전세 가격은 지난주보다 0.09% 떨어지며 하락폭이 확대됐습니다.
