4. KCTV program wins award
April 3rd documentary awarded “Best Program of the Year”

KCTV’s documentary commemorating the 70th anniversary of the April Third Incident has been awarded “Best Program of the Year” for 2018. The prestigious title has been given by the Korea Communications Standards Commission for the documentary entitled, “Lost Village, Lost Memories”.

The award went to a total of four outstanding programs after a rigorous selection process. The winners were chosen from a group of sixty-eight programs that had been selected as “Best Program of the Month” in 2018.

The documentary received high praise for highlighting the efforts to restore the communities affected by the April 3rd Incident in Jeju.

방송통신심의위원회 2018 올해의 좋은 프로그램에
선정됐습니다.

방송통신심의위원회는
지난해 뽑은 이달의 좋은 프로그램 68편 가운데
엄정한 심사를 거쳐 '올해의 좋은 프로그램' 네 편을
최종 선정했습니다.

KCTV 제주방송은
제주 4.3 공동체 회복 노력을 재조명했다는 평가를 받으며
지역 방송 부분 올해의 좋은 프로그램을 수상했습니다.

KCTV 제주방송 4.3 특별기획은
지난해 3월 방송통신심의위원회
이달의 좋은 프로그램에도 선정됐습니다.
