4. High volume of traffic expected during Fire Festival
City increases number of shuttle buses to 160

The Jeju Fire Festival starts on March 7th, and the city is running a higher number of shuttle buses traveling to the festival.

Jeju city is running 160 shuttle buses, 30 more than last year, in an effort to reduce the high volume of traffic that is expected.

For visitors traveling from Jeju City, shuttle buses to Saebyeol Oreum depart from the Jeju 5-day Folk Market, as well as Tapdong.
In Seogwipo City, shuttle buses are picking up passengers at Seogwipo City Hall 2.

The city of Jeju is requesting that travelers utilize the shuttle buses to decrease congestion.

7일부터 열리는
제주들불축제 기간에
축제장을 연결하는 셔틀버스가 확대 운행합니다.

제주시는
고질적인 차량 정체 문제를 해결하기 위해
셔틀버스를 지난해보다 30대 많은 160대를 투입합니다.

제주시에서는
민속오일장과 탑동에서 새별오름까지,
서귀포시에서는 제2청사부터 새별오름까지 운행합니다.

제주시는 들불축제 기간 교통체증이 예상되는 만큼
가급적 셔틀버스를 이용해줄 것을 당부했습니다.
