3. Ora-dong residents accuse province of abusing power
Demands investigation into tourism development audit

Ora-dong residents have made a request to the provincial council for an investigation into the funds audit of the Ora Tourism Complex Development Project. The project has been stalled for over a year due to the audit.

The Ora-dong Development Council has released a full-page advertisement in the daily newspaper insisting that the audit is in violation of the non-retroactivity principle. They also accused the province of abusing administrative power and declared a loss of trust in the administration.

The provincial council has made a statement to take measures after reviewing the letter of request.

논란을 불러오고 있다고 주장했습니다.

이에따라 제주도의회가 이번 사안에 대해
행정사무조사를 해줄 것을 요청했습니다.

요청서를 검토한 뒤 후속절차를 밟을 방침입니다.
