2. ID cards approved for 4.3 Incident victims and family members
Will simplify process of receiving benefits

The provincial government will issue official ID cards for victims and family members of the April 3rd Incident. Community centers will be receiving applications starting April 1st.


This will simplify the process for the victims and family members to receive benefits such as discounted rates on airline tickets, parking fees and admission fees to public institutions.

The current method to receive benefits is much more complicated, as the individual must supply a notice of action or a hospital bill as evidence.

신청은 다음달 1일부터 읍면동 주민센터에서 이뤄집니다.

희생자증이나 유족증을 발급 받은 도민은
항공료 감면과
주차장이나
공공기관 관람료에 대한 혜택을 받게 됩니다.

지금까지 복지혜택을 받기 위해
진료증이나
결정통지서를 지참해야 하는 번거로움이 적지 않았습니다.
