4. Parents demand suspension of animal theme park
Residential rights, education of students 'at risk'

Parents of Seonin branch school students are demanding the suspension of an animal theme park in Jocheon-eup.

The parents held a press conference on the 27th, claiming that the establishment of the zoo within a 1km radius of the school is a violation of their residential rights and would interfer with the students' education.

They further insisted that Jeju must retract its permission for the animal theme park business stating that the beauty of Jeju Island comes from its nature and an animal park would be detrimental to Jeju’s beauty

제주다운 자연환경이라고 주장하고,
제주도는
동물테마파크 사업 승인 계획을 철회해야 한다고 강조했습니다.
