Housing transactions in Jeju have plunged due to economic contractions in the real estate market.

According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, there were 576 housing transactions in Jeju last month, marking a 21.6 percent decrease than the same period last year.

There were 1,800 accumulated housing transactions from the start of the year through last month, 19 percent lower than last year. This is a 41 percent decline from the 5-year-average of transactions in March.

부동산 경기가 위축되면서
제주도내 주택 거래량도 큰 폭으로 감소했습니다.

국토교통부에 따르면
지난달 도내 제주지역 주택 거래량은 576건으로
지난해 같은 기간보다 21.6% 감소했습니다.

지난 달까지 누계 거래량도 1천 8백여 건으로
지난해보다 19% 떨어졌고,
최근 5년동안 3월 평균치 거래량과 비교해도 41% 감소했습니다.
