Land transactions show 25% decrease

Local land prices are holding steady.

According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, local land prices showed an increase of 0.44% for the first quarter. This is only a half of the national average of 0.88%.

The growth rate of local land prices peaked at 8.33% in 2016. However, it has been decreasing ever since 2017 with 5.46% and 4.99% in 2018.

The first quarter of this year showed transactions of 10 thousand plots of land, a 25% decrease from the same period last year.

국토교통부에 따르면
올 1분기 제주지역의 땅값 상승률은 0.44%로
전국 평균인
0.88%의 절반 수준에 그쳤습니다.

지난 2016년 8.33%로 정점을 찍은 후
2017년 5.46%,
지난해는 4.99%에 이어 올해 보합세로 돌아선 겁니다.

올해 1분기 토지거래량도 1만 필지로
지난해 같은 기간에 비해 25% 감소했습니다.
