Appraisals open to public beginning April 30

The provincial government finished its official appraisals of 94,000 houses from the beginning of the year.

Officials say the values of single-family detached homes in the island are worth some 12.9 trillion won. That is 5.99 percent more than last year.

Jeju City rose by 5.6 percent with 60,000 houses valued up to 9.07 trillion won. Seogwipo City rose by 6.7 percent counting 36,000 houses valued up to 3.8 trillion won.

This year’s growth rate fell compared to that of the past 3 years marking 15.9 percent in 2016, 16.8 percent in 2017 and 11.6 percent in 2018.

Appraisals will be open to the public for a month beginning April 30. Officials will accept objections to the findings during that time.

올해 개별주택가격 공시…5.99% 상승

제주특별자치도가
올해 1월 1일 기준으로
9만 4천호의 개별주택가격을 오는 30일자로 공시합니다.

공시대상 개별주택 가격은 12조 9천억원으로 결정됐으며
지난해와 비교해 5.99%의 상승률을 보였습니다.

지역별로는
제주시가 6만호에 9조700억원으로 5.6%,
서귀포시는
3만6천호에 3조8천억원으로 6.7% 올랐습니다.

특히 상승폭이 2016년 15.9%, 2017년 16.8%,
지난해 11.6%에 비해
상당히 둔화된 것으로 나타났습니다.

제주도는 이번에 공시된 개별주택가격에 대해
다음달 30일까지
열람과 이의신청을 받게 됩니다.
